[NON-RM] Gag Concert

Besides Running Man, there are other few shows that I watch regularly and one of them is Gag Concert. I've been watching it for around a year and a half now (thank you KBS World!) and I totally enjoy it. The first episode I saw was around three years ago and at that time, I managed to watch only first ten minutes. I found it really boring back then, but as time passed I realized that in order to understand some skits/jokes you need to understand Korean/Korean culture. Now, I usually skip few skits and go directly to my favorite ones. Speaking of favorite skits!

Skits that are over:
The Three Friends (놈놈놈)

Favorite performance: (starts 03:22)

Badump Badump (두근두근)
This skit was soooo good, that it is even difficult to choose a favorite performance! I felt like crying when this skit ended. I recommend watching all of their performances!

In Your Dreams (놀고있네)

Favorite performance: (starts 0:11)

You Are So Bad (나쁜 사람)

Favorite performance:

Other skits worth mentioning: Forever Alone ( 생겨요), Discoveries in Life (생활의 발견), The King of Ratings (시청률의 제왕).

Skits that still airs:

There is nothing much I can tell about them or choose my favorite ones, because most of them are still new and are getting better with each performance.
Hidden Masters (깐죽거리 잔혹사),  Help me! (선배, 선배!),  Let it be (렛잇비) – my ultimate favorite one, God of Hip Hop (힙합의 ).

Running Man Episode 165 recap

So before starting episode review I would like to apologize for being late with two latest episodes reviews. I will try my best to update you with episode 166 review before Wednesday, when I will start reviewing episode 167.

Today’s race is all about finding young girl, who is Running Man fan.

First mission

The episode starts with members gathering in different locations in the city of Namyang. All of them receive the same mission – Running Man’s sign photo booth. Members have to pass the mission by handing out 30 papers with their signatures (like in old days!). The problem is that people who will come in the sign booth will have to press the button with a name of a person whose signature they want. And if, for example, the Running Man member inside the booth is Kwang Soo and a fan chooses Ji Hyo, Kwang Soo can’t hand a signature for that person. It seems that Kwang Soo and Suk Jin are confident about doing this mission.
